We were delighted to be in a position to open the school last week in the aftermath of Storm Éowyn. We only had minor damage around the school and thankfully power was restored promptly. Unfortunately some of our pupils and their families are still without power in their homes. In order to lift these children's spirits and to ensure they were warm and fed, the school community pulled together to provide a warm breakfast each morning when they arrived at school. We hope this small gesture is alleviating some of the bleakness of this trying time for those still without power.
On a positive note, Mr Kelly's catering skills have improved greatly over the past week and his toast has been awarded a top score of 10/10!
