We were very lucky to have a visit from the TY students from Carrigallen Vocational School to help us make St. Brigid’s crosses for St. Brigid’s Day. Many of the children were very busy collecting rushes in their fields for the crosses. We also made crosses with pipe cleaners. They turned out really colourful 🎨 We really enjoyed making them and we will hang them up in our homes to keep us safe. Thank you very much to our helpers!!
