This week, Senior Infants were learning all about Data. To finish our topic, we created our very own Smarties block graphs. The children counted and sorted the smarties by colour. Then, they displayed this information on a block graph. We compared our graphs and used our maths talk language to discuss which colours we had more of and which we had less of. Every graph turned out different!
And the best part was once the work was done, the Smarties did not go to waste! 😋🍬
