We recently planted “Miner’s Lettuce” in the raised beds in the courtyard. Lazlo informed us that it was named after the 1849 California Gold Rush as people ate it to prevent scurvy. We will water the plants weekly and hopefully we can relocate them to the polytunnel in the new year! 🪴
