We were delighted to take delivery of an Egg Chair and Rocker Chair from Creative Activity at the end of last week. Ms Dockery and Mr Ó’ Ceallaigh applied for funding last year which was approved thanks to Sligo/Leitrim CYPSC. At the moment the Rocker Chair is being trialled in the Sensory Room while the Egg Chair is in being trialled in our Therapy Room. They have been getting lots of use already!
Some pupils from our mainstream classes have also been trying the Egg Chair for some quiet time to do their Accelerated Reading - it seems to be getting a thumbs up from everyone! We hope these new resources will benefit the pupils attending our school for the years ahead.
