We were very lucky to have a visit from Heather Bothwell, through the Heritage in Schools Programme. Heather is a lifelong birdwatcher and wildlife enthusiast.
The children got a hands-on experience working with live insects under a microscope. She brought a range of equipment to find and look closely at minibeasts in log piles and moss.🧐🧐🔬🦟🪳🕷🦗🐞
The children were very brave in their search for minibeasts, with just a few squeals here and there!!!!😂
