We held our 2nd Colour Run event on Sunday, June 15th. It was a wonderful event, starting with rain and finishing with glorious sunshine! Thank you to everyone who helped make the day such a success. A special mention to Fresh Today for refreshments, Morning Glory Coffee Shop, Canal Stores and Murphy's in Ballinamore for sponsoring vouchers and Pat Mitchell for sponsoring ice lollies for the children.
Thank you also to our Parents' Association for their support on the day and for running the raffle. The Healthy Club from Carrigallen GAA provided delicious fruit skewers which were a great hit after a challenging run! To the staff of Carrigallen NS, who planned the event meticulously and ensured that no one went home with clean clothes! To Leitrim Community Policing Unit for ensuring the event ran smoothly and safely. Finally a huge thank you to the children and parents who turned up to take part and support our event. We are very grateful.
